We totally hear you that everyone’s feeling the pricing pinch right now, and it’s a tough time for a lot of folks. That said, I want to be transparent about what goes into the price of our food.

As a small, local business, our pricing reflects more than just the raw ingredients. We factor in employee wages, packaging, kitchen operations, and sourcing from local vendors whenever possible including the bagels, which come from a local bakery, not a big-box supplier. It’s part of our commitment to quality and supporting other small businesses in our community.

We know we’re not the cheapest option out there but we work hard to make sure what we’re serving is fresh, high-quality, and prepared with care. Your feedback is heard loud and clear, and we’ll continue to do everything we can to keep our food accessible and worth every penny.
